Shipping Charges

Engines, Transmissions & Heavy Parts

Large Mustang components require different handling from ordinary parcel shipments. This can include:

• Other oversized or heavy parts

Depending on the shipment, these items may require freight transportation, palletized packaging or delivery to a commercial address or suitable freight receiving location.

We ship eligible Mustang parts from Richmond, Virginia to customers across the United States. Shipping time varies based on the destination, carrier, service selected and the type of part being transported.

International Shipping

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided when available after an order has been shipped.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Before completing checkout, please verify the recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP/postal code and contact information.

Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Inspection

Customers should inspect their shipment as soon as it is delivered.

If the outer packaging appears significantly damaged, take clear photographs before opening the package. Keep all packaging materials until the item has been fully inspected.

If a shipment arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order information and clear photographs of the packaging and affected part.

Delayed Shipments

Once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier, transit delays may occur for reasons outside the control of Mustang Auto Spare.

These may include severe weather, carrier congestion, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect delivery information or other operational delays.

Lost or Missing Shipments

If tracking indicates an unusual delay or a shipment cannot be located, please contact us with your order details.

Where applicable, we may work with the carrier to review the shipment status and determine the appropriate next steps.

Returns After Delivery

Shipping and delivery do not automatically make an item eligible for return. Any return request remains subject to the conditions stated in our Returns & Refund Policy .
