These Terms & Conditions apply to your access to and use of MustangAutoSpare.com and to purchases made through Mustang Auto Spare.
By using the website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
2. Mustang Auto Spare
Mustang Auto Spare is based in Richmond, Virginia and provides used Mustang parts and related automotive components through its online store.
Our available inventory may include parts for Mustang GT, EcoBoost, Shelby GT350, Shelby GT500 and other Ford Mustang models and generations.
3. Product Condition
Unless a product is expressly described as new, customers should assume that products sold through Mustang Auto Spare are used automotive parts.
Used products can show normal signs of prior use, including:
- Surface scratches
- Minor marks or discoloration
- Normal cosmetic wear
- Road-use evidence
- Minor oxidation or surface corrosion
- Other condition characteristics associated with used parts
Product photos and descriptions are intended to help customers evaluate the item before purchasing.
4. Product Descriptions
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, compatibility information, condition details and pricing.
However, automotive components can have variations by production date, vehicle configuration, trim, drivetrain and other specifications.
Customers should not rely solely on a product title when compatibility depends on part numbers or vehicle configuration.
5. Vehicle Fitment & Compatibility
The buyer is responsible for confirming that a product is appropriate for the intended vehicle before ordering, whenever sufficient information is available to make that determination.
Ford Mustang parts may differ based on:
- Model year
- Mustang generation
- GT, EcoBoost, GT350 or GT500 trim
- Engine configuration
- Transmission type
- Drivetrain configuration
- Production date
- Factory option codes
- Part number
If you are uncertain about compatibility, contact Mustang Auto Spare before placing your order.
6. Orders
Submission of an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may review an order before fulfillment for reasons including payment verification, product availability, shipping requirements, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing or listing error.
Where legally permitted, Mustang Auto Spare may cancel or decline an order before shipment if the transaction cannot reasonably be completed.
7. Inventory Availability
Many products in our inventory are unique used parts, and quantities may be limited to a single item.
Inventory information can occasionally change before website availability updates are completed.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact the customer to discuss an alternative, cancellation or appropriate refund.
8. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change before an order is completed.
We reserve the right to correct obvious typographical, technical or pricing errors where permitted by law.
If a significant pricing error is identified after an order is submitted but before fulfillment, the customer may be contacted before the transaction proceeds.
9. Payment
Orders must be paid using a payment method accepted by Mustang Auto Spare at the time of checkout or as otherwise communicated for the transaction.
The customer represents that they are authorized to use the payment method supplied for the order.
Orders may be held until payment has been successfully received and verified.
10. Fraud Prevention
To protect customers and our business, transactions may be reviewed for suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity or inconsistent transaction information.
Additional verification may be requested before high-value or unusual orders are shipped.
11. Order Cancellation
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact us as quickly as possible.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests before shipment. Cancellation may no longer be possible after an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or committed to a freight carrier.
12. Shipping
Orders are shipped according to the terms described in our Shipping Policy.
Shipping cost, carrier selection and delivery method may depend on product size, weight, value and destination.
Engines, transmissions, drivetrains and large body components may require specialized freight arrangements.
13. Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information when placing an order.
Additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information may be charged to the customer where legally permitted.
14. Delivery Times
Any shipping or delivery estimate is an estimate unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, transportation disruptions and other circumstances outside our control can affect delivery.
15. International Orders
International shipping may be available for eligible products and destinations.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a product can legally be imported into their destination.
Unless otherwise stated, customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
16. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect packages and parts promptly after delivery.
Visible shipping damage should be photographed before packaging materials are discarded.
Keep packaging until you have inspected the product and confirmed that the correct item was delivered.
17. Returns & Refunds
Return requests are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy .
Sending a product back without authorization does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Engines, transmissions and other freight items should never be returned without receiving return instructions.
18. Warranty
Eligible parts may be covered by our Warranty Policy or product-specific warranty terms.
Used automotive components do not carry an unlimited guarantee of future service life.
Warranty coverage, where offered, is subject to the applicable warranty conditions, installation requirements and exclusions.
19. Installation
Customers are responsible for arranging proper installation of automotive components.
Major components such as engines, transmissions, drivetrain assemblies, airbags and safety systems should be installed by a person with appropriate automotive knowledge and experience.
Improper installation can cause damage to the purchased component, the vehicle or other vehicle systems.
20. Engines & Transmissions
Used engines and transmissions should be inspected before installation and installed using the appropriate fluids, supporting systems and procedures.
Components attached to an engine or transmission may be supplied for convenience and may not carry the same warranty coverage as the primary mechanical assembly unless specifically stated.
21. Electrical Components
Electronic and electrical components may require vehicle-specific coding, programming or calibration.
Customers are responsible for determining whether programming or additional configuration is required before installation.
22. Airbags & Safety Equipment
Airbags, restraint systems and other safety-related components should only be installed and handled according to appropriate safety procedures and applicable legal requirements.
Mustang Auto Spare does not recommend attempting installation of safety systems without suitable technical knowledge.
23. Performance & Modified Vehicles
Some products may be installed in modified or performance vehicles.
Racing, aggressive tuning, aftermarket forced induction, substantial power increases or operation outside normal intended specifications can increase mechanical stress and may affect warranty coverage.
24. Resale of Products
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products are sold to the purchasing customer based on the condition and terms applicable at the time of the original transaction.
Warranty or return rights do not automatically transfer to a subsequent purchaser unless required by law or specifically stated.

29. Labor & Related Expenses
